Catering

Catering” means something different to each client. The options listed below will serve as a guide whether you are serving 5 guests in a casual setting or 200 guests in a more formal setting. We are meticulous and will guide you in all the available dessert options. We request a minimum of 2 weeks lead time for all catering orders.

Which option fits your event best?

We have designed our services to allow you to select the option(s) that are most important to you.

Disposable option ~ we provide:

  • Desserts on a disposable catering tray with a clear lid

  • Disposable plastic tablecloth for the dessert table only+

  • Paper dessert plates+

  • Dessert napkins+

  • Disposable utensil(s)+  

  • The charge for all (+) optional items will be detailed in our quote.  

  • $30 minimum order.

Rental option ~ we provide:

  • Rental is only available for desserts purchased from us.

  • Plastic serving tongs (if applicable)

  • Clear plastic plates

  • Dessert napkins

  • Disposable utensil(s)

  • Presentation trays/platters

  • Black fabric tablecloth(s) and table decorations for the dessert table only 

  • A credit card is required for a rental security deposit

  • Rental charge, replacement cost for damaged or unreturned items, and late fees will be detailed in our quote. 

  • $100 minimum order.

Standard Packaging ~ we provide:

  • Desserts packaged in standard bakery boxes.

 

DELIVERY CHARGE

  • Drop-off desserts only. We will transport the desserts to the designated room at the venue. Setup and/or delivery to multiple addresses are excluded. 


  • Monday - Saturday during normal business hours.

  • FREE local pick-up in Cornelius (in the Kenton Place) area.

  • $15.00 for Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville.

  • $20.00 for Mooresville

  • $30.00 for Charlotte Uptown/Center City/University.

OPTIONAL CHARGES

  • Setup - Starting at $25.00.

  • Chef Presentation - $35.00 per hour.

  • Service - Rental items fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Orders are “final” once our quote is accepted.

  • A (non-refundable/non-transferable) 50% deposit is required.

  • Final payment is due 1 week prior to your event.

  • Credit cards are accepted. Check remittance can be sent to our mailing address (not a retail storefront):

  • If payment is not received or if a check is returned for any reason, our agreement is null and void. Deposits will not be refunded and your order will not be completed.

  • All cancellations require 72 hours notice and must be made via email.

  • 8.25% North Carolina and Mecklenburg County sales tax will be added to all orders.


  • We are ACDBE, DBE, HUB, MBE, and (SBE/MWSBE - City of Charlotte) certified and a registered vendor with the City of Charlotte.
