Terms & Conditions


  • Free order pickup by appointment only in the Kenton Place area in Cornelius. Monday - Saturday during normal business hours.

  • Delivery does NOT include setup.  Delivery charges per order are:

    • $15.00 per order. (Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson) 

    • $20.00 Mooresville 

    • $30.00 Charlotte (City Center, Uptown, University)  

    • Please request a quote for areas not listed.


Our setup service must be scheduled in advance.  The fee for this service starts at $25.00.

If setup service is not scheduled with us in advance, the client assumes responsibility for:

  • Storage of the desserts until the event, 

  • Removing the desserts from packaging, 

  • Desserts arrangement on display pieces/platters and table(s).  


  • No rental charge applies if we setup the desserts using your display pieces/platters.  Setup service most be scheduled in advance.

  • Rental charges will be detailed in our quote for use of our display pieces/platters and tablecloths for the dessert table(s) only.  

  • The full replacement retail value of our items will be detailed in our quote.  The renter assumes responsibility for that cost for our items that are damaged, lost, stolen (by staff or guests) or not returned within 2 days after the event. 

  • We charge the an additional delivery + setup fee to return after your event to clear the dessert display and retrieve the rented items.

  • You may make arrangements with us to return our items to us within 2 days after the event at no additional charge


  • Chef Presentation - please inquire.


  • Orders are “final” once our quote is accepted. Full payment is due at that time.

  • Cash, credit cards, and corporate (not personal) checks are accepted. Other payment terms are available to corporate clients.

  • If payment is not received or if a check is returned for any reason, your order will be cancelled. All returned checks will incur a $45 returned check fee.

  • Please place your order or schedule your event early as our availability constantly changes. Our availability is not guaranteed until your order is paid.


Refunds will not be issued except in the rare case of an error on Beyond Decadence’s behalf or we have to cancel your order.  If an order is cancelled by Beyond Decadence, we will refund all monies paid.  You will be informed via text, e-mail, or phone call of the cancellation. 


Quotes are valid for 2 weeks unless otherwise stated. 


Applicable North Carolina State and Mecklenburg County sales tax will be added to all orders.

  • We are ACDBE, DBE, HUB, MBE, and (SBE/MWSBE - City of Charlotte) certified and a registered vendor with the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County.
