Pastry Chef Tip #9 ~ But I don't have THAT size pan!

Trust me, you'll need this at some point!  I can't take credit for creating this, but I have the link saved so I can find it when I need it.  It's a lot easier to swap pans when you REALLY know how much it will hold.  (Unless you are a fan of batter in a variety of pan sizes because you are just pour into anything you can find ~ been there, done that!)
