Have you always dreamed of learning how to make a a luscious, creamy cheesecake?  Join Chef Maria to learn the best-kept secrets and techniques for cheesecake success!

Our baking experience is ideal for singles, corporate team-building, friends, or anyone desiring to bake together, but from their own kitchen.  

We also offer an additional private 30 minute session with Chef Maria.  This option is only available to students enrolled in any of the sessions below.

Register for ONE or BOTH sessions (each session is 2 hours)

Session #1:  Baked Cheesecake 

Learn the importance of selecting the correct ingredients, flavorful fillings, creative crust options, luscious toppings, and stunning garnishes for our 9" traditional BAKED cheesecake.  Choose a New York or Cookies & Cream Cheesecake!  Fri., August 6 ~ 5:00pm-7:00pm EST

Session #2:  No Bake Cheesecake

Master 2 different NO BAKE vanilla bean batters using 2 completely different techniques, flavors (extracts or alcohol), mix-ins (fruit, cookies, or candy), and crusts. We'll garnish our masterpiece with creams, sauces and/or fruit. Flavor and mix-in options will be detailed in the materials sent to you. Sun., August 8 ~ 5:00pm-7:00pm EST

Additional Private 30 minutes

Private one-on-one time with Chef Maria to answer specific questions or demonstrate techniques. Session will be held immediately following class.

We want you to have the optimal class experience, so please be certain to secure the required items before class. 2 weeks prior to class you’ll receive:

  • Ingredients, supply list, prep instructions, and the recipe. 
  • Ingredients and supplies will clearly be marked required or optional.  
  • Zoom link to join Pastry Chef Maria Kemp for your live baking experience. The link is private and should not be shared.
